I’ve always been someone who has big dreams and sees the world as a life of opportunity. I believe we can all create whatever we want when we deep dive into our real passions and take confident steps forward to live a life without limits.
I am passionate about coaching leaders in business & aspiring entrepreneurs gain the clarity & confidence to create the INCOME & IMPACT they deserve in their work. I’m here to break down the barriers that are stopping you from moving forward in your life, by giving you the tools and skills and a new found sense of courage and confidence to get you back on track.
I am an experienced high level leadership coach, career mentor and holistic practitioner and have been coaching for over twenty years with professionals and business leaders. My specialism is in people and career development through the understanding and application of behavioral and emotional psychology in the workplace underpinned through a strong holistic approach for rapid change.
My previous experience of working within the Corporate environment, developing strategic business activities and managing a profitable business for over 15 years, provides the perfect foundation to understand and develop other people through their business journey.

Working in the Corporate world or running your business can be rewarding but if you lose your “passion” it becomes an uphill struggle. Yep, you guessed it – that was me!
A life that didn’t fit my values, working in an environment that sucked away any remaining joy that I had in my life. I had lost my purpose and identity.
Making a BIG change can be overwhelming and at 37 I changed my path, re-skilled, worked on my mindset and developed a strategy for a new direction. I delved into holistic practices, travelled and worked as a coach in Australia & New Zealand, met and learnt from the best and embraced a new way of being. A healthy growth mindset that unfolded into a new and exciting business for coaching and training leaders and teams
My own personal development journey aligns with the clients that I work with to help them get to a place that they never would have dreamt of.

20 years on in my journey I have been awarded the prestigious National Mentor of the Year 2019 in London, Mentor of the Year Business Wales 2019 and Welsh Woman Entrepreneur of the Year 2022
